Why NEET PG 2025 Counselling is Delayed

According to the MCC, the delay has occurred because the NMC is updating the seat matrix for several medical colleges, necessitating adjustments before the counselling process can proceed further.

NEET PG 2025 State-wise Counselling Updates

Karnataka: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) released the provisional seat matrix on November 12, and the document verification is ongoing till November 13, 2025.
Maharashtra: The state counselling process has been put on hold until further notice.
Tamil Nadu: DMER Tamil Nadu has published the state NEET PG rank list 2025 and provisional lists for PwD, NRI, and Christian Minority quotas.
Uttar Pradesh: UP NEET PG Round 1 registration and fee payment have been extended till November 13, 2025, with a revised counselling schedule to follow soon.
Telangana: KNRUHS Telangana has reopened registration for PG medical admissions under management quota; candidates can apply at pvttspgmed.tsche.in before November 13, 2025.
