Candidates who have not been allotted a seat in the previous counselling rounds can register and fill their choices during this last phase. The registration and choice filling window will remain open for a limited period, after which no further rounds will be conducted.

Once the choice-filling process concludes, the seat allotment result for the stray vacancy round will be declared based on merit and the availability of seats. Candidates allotted a seat must report to the respective college within the stipulated timeframe, failing which the allotment will stand cancelled.

As this is the final phase of NEET UG 2025 counselling, students are advised to carefully review available options and make prompt decisions to avoid missing out on their chance for medical admission this year.
