Institute reporting for candidates allotted seats will begin tomorrow, November 16, 2025, from 9:00 AM, and will continue until November 20, 2025.

According to MCC, a total of 1,192 candidates have secured seats in this round. Out of these, 802 candidates have been allotted MBBS seats, 270 candidates BDS seats, and the remaining candidates have received BSc Nursing seats across medical institutions in India. No changes were recorded between the Round 4 provisional list and the final allotment.

Candidates can follow these steps to view the final result:

1.    Visit the NEET UG counselling portal www.mcc.nic.in

2.    Select the UG Medical section

3.    Click on “Final Allotment Result for Stray Vacancy Round UG 2025”

4.    Download the PDF file

5.    Search for your NEET 2025 Rank to verify your allotment status

Documents Required for Reporting

Candidates must carry the following documents (originals + photocopies) during reporting and verification at the allotted institute:

• NEET UG 2025 Admit Card
• NEET 2025 Scorecard
• Class 10 Mark Sheet & Certificate
• Class 12 Mark Sheet & Certificate
• Valid Government-issued Photo ID
• 6–8 Passport-size Photographs (same as used in NEET application)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Disability Certificate (if applicable)
• Provisional Allotment Letter

Reporting must be completed between November 16 and November 20, 2025. This is expected to be the concluding round of NEET UG Counselling 2025 unless seats remain vacant.
