Candidates can now apply online until 5 PM on November 12, 2025, following an extension of the deadline by two days. Earlier, the last date to register was 11:55 PM on November 10, 2025.
Due to this extension, the release of the Rajasthan NEET PG 2025 counselling merit list, originally planned for November 12, has also been postponed until further notice.

- Visit the official counselling website: rajpgneet2025.in
- Click on the “New Registration 2025” option
- Enter required details including:
- NEET PG 2025 Roll Number
- Candidate’s Name
- Parents’ Name
- Date of Birth
