SRMJEEE 2026 Phase 3 Exam Begins Tomorrow, July 4; Check Exam Schedule and Remote-Proctored Test Guidelines: The SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) 2026 Phase 3 is set to commence tomorrow, July 4, 2026. The SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) will conduct the entrance examination on July 4 and July 5, 2026, in a remote-proctored mode, allowing candidates to take the test from the comfort of their homes.

Candidates appearing for the examination are advised to carefully review the exam-day instructions, system requirements and remote-proctored test guidelines to ensure a smooth and hassle-free examination experience.

SRMJEEE Phase 3 Exam to Be Held in One Shift Per Day

The Phase 3 examination will be conducted in a single shift on each exam day. Candidates must appear for the examination only in the slot allotted to them after completing the slot-booking process.

Slot Booking Mandatory for Appearing in the Exam

Candidates are required to complete the slot-booking process before appearing in the examination. The slot-booking facility remains open only until today, and those who have not yet selected their preferred exam slot should do so immediately.

SRMIST has clearly stated thatcandidates who fail to book their slots will not be permitted to take the examination.

Free Mock Test Available for Registered Candidates

All registered candidates can take advantage of a free online mock test available today through the SRMJEEE login portal.

The mock test is designed to familiarise candidates with various aspects of the examination, including:

  • Type of questions asked in the examination

  • Total number of questions

  • Marking scheme

  • Difficulty level of the paper

  • Overall examination structure

Practising the mock test will help candidates become comfortable with the online examination environment and improve their preparedness for the actual test.

Important Instructions Sent to Registered Email IDs

The SRM Institute of Science and Technology has already sent detailed instructions to candidates through their registered email addresses. These instructions include guidance on attempting the mock test as well as important procedures for the actual examination.

Candidates are strongly advised to thoroughly read all instructions before appearing for the exam.

SRMJEEE 2026 Remote-Proctored Test Instructions

Candidates must adhere to the following guidelines during the examination:

Internet Requirements

  • Ensure access to a high-speed and stable internet connection throughout the entire examination period.

  • Any interruption in connectivity may affect the examination process.

Computer Specifications

  • Candidates must use a laptop or desktop computer with at least an Intel i3 processor or higher.

  • The device should have a minimum of 4 GB RAM.

Webcam Requirement

  • The laptop or desktop must be equipped with a functional camera or webcam for remote monitoring and proctoring purposes.

Suitable Test Environment

  • Candidates should take the examination in a quiet room free from disturbances and background noise.

  • The examination area should have adequate lighting to ensure proper monitoring.

Early Login Requirement

  • Candidates should log in at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to complete the login procedure, identity verification and system checks.

SRMJEEE 2026 Result Expected Within a Week

The results of the SRMJEEE Phase 3 examination are expected to be declared approximately one week after the completion of the exam.

Candidates who qualify in the entrance examination will be invited to participate in the admission and counselling process for various undergraduate engineering programmes offered by SRM Institute of Science and Technology.
