Applicants can now log in to the official SRM admission portal to check their allotted campus and branch using their Application Number and Date of Birth.

The declaration of the Phase 3 allotment marks the final counselling round for admissions through SRMJEEE 2026, conducted to fill the seats that remained vacant after the completion of Phase 1 and Phase 2 counselling.

Candidates who have not received a seat in the current allotment should not lose hope. The university has indicated that subsequent seat allotment updates may continue until July 20, depending on seat vacancies and candidate movement. Such applicants are advised to keep checking the admission portal regularly for the latest updates regarding their allotment status.

Final Round Conducted to Fill Remaining Vacancies

The SRMJEEE 2026 Phase 3 Counselling serves as the concluding stage of the admission process. This round has been organized exclusively to allocate seats that remained unfilled after the earlier counselling phases.

How to Check SRMJEEE 2026 Phase 3 Seat Allotment Result

Candidates can follow these simple steps to view their allotment status:

1.    Visit the official SRM Institute of Science and Technology admission portal.

2.    Log in using your Application Number and Date of Birth.

3.    Click on the SRMJEEE 2026 Phase 3 Seat Allotment link.

4.    Your allotted campus, programme (branch), and admission category will appear on the screen.

5.    Choose your preferred option by selecting either Freeze or Float, and proceed with the next stage of the admission process.

Admission Options After Seat Allotment

Candidates who have secured a seat must carefully choose one of the available options.

Those satisfied with their allotted seat can Freeze the allotment and proceed with admission formalities. Candidates wishing to be considered for a better preference may select the Float (Upgrade) option. However, if no higher preference becomes available, the initially allotted seat will continue to remain valid.

As this is the final phase of SRMJEEE 2026 counselling, applicants are strongly advised to make their decision carefully before confirming their admission.

Seat Booking Fee Must Be Paid Within the Deadline

After accepting the allotted seat, candidates are required to pay the prescribed Seat Booking Feewithin the stipulated deadline to confirm their admission.

The amount paid towards seat booking will subsequently be adjusted against the first-year tuition fee.

Candidates should note that failure to complete the fee payment within the specified timeline will automatically result in cancellation of the allotted seat, and the university will not entertain further claims for admission under the current counselling round.

Document Verification and Campus Reporting

Once the seat booking fee has been successfully paid, candidates will receive:

  • Provisional Allotment Letter

  • Fee Payment Receipt

Thereafter, candidates must report to their allotted SRM campus for document verification with all original certificates and supporting documents.

The required documents include:

  • Class 10 Mark Sheet

  • Class 12 Mark Sheet

  • Category Certificate (if applicable)

  • Passport-size Photographs

  • Other documents prescribed by the university

Candidates belonging to statesoutside Tamil Nadu must additionally carry:

  • Transfer Certificate (TC)

  • Migration Certificate

Successful verification of original documents and completion of all admission formalities will confirm the candidate's admission into the allotted programme at SRM Institute of Science and Technology for the 2026-27 academic session.
