The update follows the guidelines prescribed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), and further refers to the Tamil Nadu Medical Selection Committee’s Notification No.45 dated November 14, 2025.

The Selection Committee has urged all candidates allotted seats in the Stray Vacancy Round to download their allotment orders immediately and ensure they report to their respective medical institutions on or before the specified deadline. Failure to join by the cut-off time may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
