Sanjay Shiksha Samiti with its heritage of excellence in education since 1965, launched Apex University (AU), Jaipur. The University has been established by Rajasthan State Legislature Act No. 27 of 2018. The main campus of the University is spread over a sprawling 30 acres campus in an eco-friendly environment and is one of the best campuses in the region. Admission Process

Apex University was established in 2018 by Sanjay Shikshan Samiti. Despite being a fairly new college, it has become one of the best colleges for various Diploma, Undergraduate, Postgraduate as well as Doctorate courses in Rajasthan. The major highlights of the college are the excellent infrastructure, well-qualified faculty, and modern amenities for the students.

The admission process for all the courses has been moved online. Apex University has a common qualifying examination for all the courses they offer(Including Diploma courses), the Apex Common Entrance Test (ACET). The ACET exam is followed by a Personal Interview.

SCHOLARSHIP

Right to Education is one of the fundamental rights of every Indian. Apex University believes that money should not be a road block for a student with innovative ideas in his mind and passion in his heart. We award scholarships and financial assistance to meritorious students based on their academic achievements. Several scholarships are offered to students depending on the academic credentials and their achievements in sporting and cultural arena. The University grants full to partial waiver on tuition fees payable by such meritorious students.

Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship

The selection of applicants in the programs shall be made through merit and personal interview (as per the requirement). While evaluating students for admission, due weightage is given to academic distinction, award in sports / cultural events, debates, quizzes and other extra / co-curricular activities.

Apex Easy Pay

Apex University offers a unique scheme of Apex Easy pay to give students an ease to deposit their course fee in 2 equal instalments.

Academic/Merit Scholarship

The University offers academic/merit scholarships to students pursuing Diploma/UG/PG programs. The scholarships are based on performance in Class XII/Diploma/Graduation (or equivalent). Scholarships for achievers with 60% and above marks in the qualifying Examination duly recognized by the Government authorised Boards/Councils/Universities are as follows:

Early Bird Scholarship

Scholarship is offered to Early Bird Registration candidates. The percentage of scholarship is 10 % in 1st year course fee will be provided to all such students who get registered in the course/program offered by Apex University/Apex Foundation before 31st, July 2022 and have paid the complete 1st installment fee on or before 31st July 2022.

Apex Sports Scholarship

This Sports Scholarship shall be awarded to such students who have played or represented at State or National level games. The scholarship will be offered only after due verification of their Sports Certificates/Testimonials by the Head, Physical Education Department.

The category of sports scholarship is presented in the following table: -

Note(s): The sports scholarship shall be awarded to the students admitted ONLY under sports category at Diploma/UG / PG courses / programs run by Apex University /Group Institutes of Apex until completion of their course / program

Apex Shiksha Suraksha Yojana

The following categories of students can be benefitted: -

100 % of the academic scholarship on the course fee to those students who take admission in the current academic session and who lost their earning parent in some unfortunate event during the term of their education at Apex University/Apex Foundation. This 100 % academic scholarship on the course fee shall be applicable until completion of the course /program.
50 % of the academic Scholarship on the course fee shall be applicable to all such students who have enrolled themselves in Apex University / Apex Foundation and have single earning parents & whose father is NOT alive. This scheme is applicable at the time of admission of the students in each new academic session. This 50 % academic scholarship on the course fee shall be applicable until completion of the course /program.
50 % of the academic scholarship on the course fee shall be applicable to all such students whose father had died during the term of their education at Group Institutions of APEX / Apex University and who took admission in the 2020-21 session & before that.

Apex Badminton Tournament
