Apex University (short name: AU) is a private, multidisciplinary university located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. It was established in 2018 under the Rajasthan State Legislature Act No. 27 and draws on a legacy of educational excellence dating back to 1965 through its founding body, the Sanjay Shiksha Samiti. The visionary founder Late Dr. S. M. Admission Procedure

The admission process for all the courses has been moved online. Apex University has a common qualifying examination for all the courses they offer(Including Diploma courses), the Apex Common Entrance Test (ACET). The ACET exam is followed by a Personal Interview.

Admission Criteria

B.Tech Admission

Apex University offers admission to a 4-year full-time B.Tech program in six specializations. Admission to B.Tech at Apex University is based on ACET and CUET, followed by University Counseling. Candidates can check the details of the programs along with the eligibility criteria, entrance exams, and selection criteria

Diploma Admission 

Apex University offers admission to a 2-year full-time Diploma course in 10 specialisations. Apex University Admission to Diploma is based on CUET, followed by University Counselling. Candidates can check the details of the programs along with the eligibility criteria, entrance exams, and selection criteria, along with the specialisation

PG Admission

Candidates seeking admission to PG courses at Apex University must have a graduation with at least 50% marks aggregate in the relevant discipline. Apex University offers admission to various PG programs with specializations. The seat distribution for the PG programs at Apex University is equally divided into 50% Apex Merit and the other 50% CUET PG. The last date for application is the 25th of September, 2025

Admission Process

Candidates must apply through the official website by filling out the application, uploading required documents, and paying the application fee. Before applying, candidates need to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for the specific course, which varies by program. Admission are mostly entrance-based. The university accepts scores from national and state-level exams like CUET, JEE Main, GATE, CMAT, CAT, etc., depending on the program. Students are shortlisted based on their test scores, academic performance, andd other course-specific criteria. Typically, 50% of seats are reserved for Apex University meritisd 50% for CUET merit students. Selected students may verify documents and pay the admission fee to confirm their seat.

Apex University Placement cell offers counselling to its students for future possibilities. The cell conducts different exercises like Campus Interviews, workshops, and many more. Apex University has numerous Industry-Academic Partnerships that eliminates the gap between theory and market needs. SCHOLARSHIP Right to Education is one of the fundamental rights of every Indian. We award scholarships and financial assistance to meritorious students based on their academic achievements. The University grants full to partial waiver on tuition fees payable by such meritorious students.

The selection of applicants in the programs shall be made through merit and personal interview (as per the requirement).
