Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences is centrally located in Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Admission Criteria

MBBS Admission

For admission to the MBBS program candidates must have passed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Biology with an aggregate of 50% marks (40% for reserved category) from a recognised board and need to appear for NEET entrance exam, followed by the counselling process conducted by the MCC for All India Quota & Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) for State Quota.

The total seat intake for the MBBS program is 200 Seats. The Registration / Payment for Round 1 MCC NEET UG [MBBS] was commenced from Jul 21, 2025 - Jul 28, 2025 and the Seat Allotment for Round 1 MCC NEET UG [MBBS] is commenced from Jul 29, 2025 - Jul 30, 2025. The total fee for the MBBS program is INR 1.82 Lakhs.

MD Admission

RMLIMS offers an MD program in 12 specialisations, such as General Medicine, Radiodiagnosis, Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics, Community Medicine, etc. The total seat intake for the MD program is 91 Seats.

For admission to the MD program, candidates must hold an MBBS degree from an NMC-recognised institution with one year of rotational internship. RMLIMS admission is based on NEET PG scores, followed by MCC (all-India quota) or state PG counselling. In 2024, RMLIMS MD Cutoff for the general category ranged between 143 - 42120. The total fee for the MD program is between INR 1.21 Lakhs to 2.04 Lakhs.

M.Sc Admission

RMLIMS offers M.Sc porgram in Nuclear Medicine Technology. For admission to the M.Sc program, candidates must have a B.Sc. degree in Nuclear Medicine or related field with minimum 60% marks. Students are selected based on its merit. The total fee for the M.Sc program is INR 1.53 Lakhs.
