Management in the year 2012 to provide financial assistance to meritorious students from
economically backward families.

The Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) launched the National Digital Library of India (NDL India) pilot project as part of its National Mission for Education through Information and Communication Technologies (NMEICT) to develop a virtual archive of educational resources with centralized search facilities. Filtered and federated searches are used to enable targeted searches, allowing students to find the right resource with minimal effort and time.NDL India is designed to host content in any language and offers interface support for the major Indic languages. It is organized to provide support for all academic levels, including researchers and lifelong students, all disciplines, all common forms of access devices, and students of all abilities. It is designed to help students prepare for entrance exams and competitions, allow people to learn from and prepare for best practices around the world, and make it easier for researchers to conduct relevant research from multiple sources.
