• Admission to VRSEC is offered through various examinations in different fields.
• For B. Tech students have to appear for AP EAMCET and for M. Tech they have to give PGECET.
• Similarly for admission to MBA and MCA, the students are admitted on the basis of scores obtained in AP ICET examination.

VRSEC has started the 2023 placement drive. Students received a total of 809 placement offers. Among these offers, 769 students were from B.Tech & 40 students were from MCA. The highest salary offered was 45 LPA & the average salary stood at INR 5 LPA. The median salary stood at INR 4.5 LPA.

Some of the prominent recruiters of VRSEC are Deloitte, Infosys, IBM, Microsoft, Wipro, Flipkart, Amazon etc.

The fees are 66k. I think there is no scholarship. I placed in Mindtree with 4Lpa. I think there is a scholarship department separate in administrative block they will give the details about the scholarship

Bank Facilities- Canara Bank, the VRSEC branch, is located inside the campus to facilitate transactions. Canara bank has provided students and staff with an ONLINE banking facility enabling them with 24*7 access to banking services for 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Students can do their monetary transactions in this extension centre, and no need to travel back to town.

As the Institute is located on National Highway, public transport (APSRTC) buses are available for the students and faculty. In addition, the Institute provides buses which are used for transportation of students from Hostel to the College and for industrial tours.
On special occasions like the college fest, cultural / academic programmes, placement drives etc. special transport for girl students is provided.
