NTA JEE Main Result 2026:
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially confirmed the result timeline for JEE Main 2026 Session 1. According to the announcement, the result will be declared on or before February 12, 2026. Candidates must understand that this implies the result could be released any time before the mentioned date.

Candidates who appeared for Paper 1 of JEE Main Session 1 will be able to evaluate their performance exclusively through the official scorecard. The JEE Main result linkwill be made available on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. To access the result, students need to log in using their application number and password.

How to Download JEE Main Result 2026?

  • Open your web browser and go to jeemain.nta.nic.in.

  • Click on “JEE Main 2026 Result Link” or “View Scorecard” available on the homepage.

  • Enter your Application Number and Password.

  • Fill in the security code (CAPTCHA) displayed on the screen.

  • Click the “Submit” button.

  • Your JEE Main scorecard will be displayed. Download it and take a printout for future use.

JEE Main 2026 Result: Normalisation Method Explained

As the JEE Main 2026 examination is conducted across multiple sessions and shifts, variations in difficulty levels are inevitable. To maintain fairness, NTA applies a normalisation process while calculating the JEE Main NTA Score 2026. The normalised score indicates the percentage of candidates who scored equal to or less than a particular candidate in the same session.

NTA Score Formula:
NTA Score = (100 × Number of candidates in the session with raw scores ≤ candidate’s score) ÷ Total number of candidates in that session
