• Click on “New Registration”

• Enter the required personal details such as Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender (Male/Female), Nationality (Indian/Others), Mobile Number, and other relevant information

• Click on “Submit”

• A User ID and password will be generated and sent to the registered email address and mobile number

• Log in using the credentials and complete the NEET MDS 2026 application form

• Upload scanned images of the passport-size photograph, signature, and thumb impression

• Pay the prescribed application fee

• Download and save the confirmation page for future use
