XLRI PGDM (BM) & HRM Final Placements 2024–26: International CTC Peaks at ₹1.10 Crore; Impressive Hiring Across Domains: XLRI has officially wrapped up the final placement process for the PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) Batch 2024–26, recording robust placement achievements. Prominent recruiters from diverse sectors took active part in the hiring drive. Below are details on the highest salary package, key placement highlights, major recruiters, and important insights.


XLRI (Xavier School of Management), Jamshedpur, along with XLRI Delhi-NCR, successfully completed the Final Recruitment Process for the graduating cohort of 2024–26. This marks a significant achievement for the two-year PGDM (BM) and PGDM (HRM) programmes. The final recruitment cycle formed part of a broader institutional placement initiative.

A total of 576 students across both campuses were placed through participation from 145 recruiting organisations, including 25 new associations partnering with XLRI. During the recruitment season, more than 576 domestic offers and two international offers were extended, reflecting the strong profile of the batch. Additionally, summer internship placements at XLRI resulted in 42.5% of students securing Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), highlighting industry appreciation for students’ professional capabilities.
