AP LAWCET & AP PGLCET 2026 Exam Schedule to Be Released Shortly at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in Eligibility Details Here: The AP LAWCET 2026 exam date and AP PGLCET 2026 exam date are expected to be announced very soon. Candidates planning to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes in Andhra Pradesh will be able to check the complete schedule for the APLAWCET and APPGLCET 2026 examinations on the official website cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will shortly notify the AP LAWCET 2026 exam date along with the AP PGLCET 2026 exam date. Once released, the APLAWCET 2026 exam schedule will be available on cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. Aspirants for postgraduate law programmes can also access the APPGLCET 2026 exam date on the same official portal.

The council will conduct the Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) 2026 for admission to five-year LLB and three-year LLB programmes. Meanwhile, the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test (AP PGLCET) 2026 will be held for admission to the LLM course across law colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Candidates intending to appear for the AP LAWCET 2026 or AP PGLCET 2026 examinations are advised to review the eligibility requirements given below to confirm their eligibility.

To be eligible for AP LAWCET 2026, candidates must be Indian citizens. For admission to the five-year LLB programme, applicants should have completed Class 12. For the three-year LLB programme, candidates must possess a graduation degree from a recognised university.

Candidates appearing for the AP PGLCET 2026 exam must have completed their LLB degree from a recognised university. Applicants from the general category are required to secure at least 50% marks, while SC/ST candidates must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in graduation.

What is the eligibility for APLAWCET 2026?

Candidates seeking admission to LLB programmes through Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026 can refer to the eligibility criteria given below:

  • Candidates must be Indian citizens.
  • Applicants should have passed their graduation examination in any discipline following the (10+2+3) pattern (for the three-year LLB course).
  • Candidates must have passed the (10+2) examination with a minimum of 45% marks (for the five-year LLB course).
  • Candidates belonging to the SC/ST category must have secured at least 40% marks in their (10+2) examination to appear for Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2025.

What are the 5-year LLB eligibility criteria for the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026?

According to the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026 eligibility norms for the five-year LLB programme, candidates must have passed the Class 12 examination under the (10+2) scheme with at least 45% marks. SC/ST category candidates need a minimum of 40% marks in their intermediate examination to appear for the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026 for admission to the integrated LLB course. However, candidates from backward classes (BC) are required to secure at least 42% marks in Class 12 to be eligible for the Andhra Pradesh LAWCET 2026.
