The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell is currently inviting online applications for its 3-year and 5-year LLB programmes. Eligible and interested candidates can complete the application process through the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org. As the MH CET Law Registration 2026 process continues for both courses, many applicants have been asking whether an APAAR ID is compulsory for MH CET Law Registration 2026.
Maharashtra CET Law Admission 2026: Is APAAR ID Compulsory?
The MH CET Cell has clarified that APAAR ID is not compulsory for MH LAW CET 2026 registration. Although it was initially made mandatory, the decision has now been reversed following several complaints regarding technical difficulties linked to Aadhaar authentication and DigiLocker integration.
While possessing an APAAR ID is no longer required for submitting the application form, candidates are advised to generate one to ensure smoother documentation and verification during the counselling stage.
