CLAT Answer Key 2026 Released: Direct Link to Download Official Provisional Answer Key PDF: The Consortium of NLUs has officially released the CLAT 2026 Provisional Answer Key on December 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM. The CLAT 2026 exam was conducted on 7 December 2025, and candidates can now download the official answer key to verify their responses across all sections and estimate their scores out of 120 before the publication of the final answer key and results.

Several academic experts had earlier released unofficial answer key PDFs and solved papersimmediately after the exam, covering English, GK, Legal Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Techniques. These allowed candidates to predict their likely marks and ranks even prior to the official release.

The Consortium has now uploaded the Provisional Answer Key, and candidates who wish to raise objections can do so through the official portal within the allotted time frame.

CLAT 2026 Unofficial Answer Key PDF: Download Information

Shortly after the exam, unofficial answer key PDFs for Set A, Set B, Set C, and Set D were released by subject-matter experts. These included:

  • Complete set-wise answer solutions

  • Correct response keys

  • Section-wise explanations (in many cases)

Candidates can compare these with their responses to estimate scores ahead of the official evaluation.

How to Calculate Your CLAT 2026 Score

Use the official CLAT marking scheme for an accurate score estimate:

  • +1 mark for each correct answer

  • −0.25 mark for each incorrect answer

  • 0 mark for questions not attempted

Score Calculation Formula:

Total Score = (Correct Answers × 1) − (Incorrect Answers × 0.25)

This helps candidates predict their approximate rank range before the release of the CLAT 2026 scorecard.

Expected Timeline for CLAT 2026 Answer Key & Result

  • Unofficial Answer Key: Released on exam day

  • Provisional Answer Key: Released by the Consortium

  • Objection Window: Active for 48 hours after release
