need to take any further action regarding document resubmission at this stage.
COMEDK UGET 2026 Document Resubmission Deadline
Candidates are advised to immediately check their document upload status on the official website. Those whose status displays 'Resubmit' must upload the required documents before the deadline of 5 PM today.
According to COMEDK, document resubmission has been sought in cases where:
- Uploaded documents contain errors or discrepancies.
- Documents are incomplete or missing required information.
- Documents have not been approved by the competent authorities.
Uploaded certificates do not meet the prescribed specifications.
The authorities have warned that failure to upload the corrected documents within the stipulated time may result in rejection of the submitted documents, which could impact the candidate's participation in the counselling process.

Candidates whose document status has been marked as 'Resubmit' should follow the steps given below:

List of Required Documents for COMEDK UGET 2026 Counselling
Candidates participating in
the counselling process are required to upload the following documents:
- Original ID Proof: PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence, or any other Government-issued Identity Card (as uploaded in the application form)
- Date of Birth Proof: SSLC/Class 10 Marks Card only
- PUC/Class 12 or Equivalent Marks Card
- Admit Card or Hall Ticket information of Class 12/2nd PUC/Equivalent Examination
- COMEDK Admit Card/TAT
- SC/ST/OBC Certificate: Applicable only for candidates who have secured between 40% and 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) in Class 12/2nd PUC/Equivalent Examination and are domiciles of Karnataka. The certificate should be issued in the candidate's name.
Karnataka Domicile Certificate: Candidates claiming reservation under SC/ST/OBC categories must upload a domicile certificate issued by a Revenue Authority not below the rank of Tahsildar. The certificate should be in the candidate's name.- Kalyana Karnataka Region Certificate: Candidates claiming KKR seats must upload the KKR Certificate (371J Certificate) issued by the Assistant Commissioner in charge of the Revenue Sub-Division. The certificate should be in the candidate's name.
Document Verification Process to Continue Till June 30
The counselling authority has informed candidates that the document verification process will continue until June 30, 2026. During this period, every uploaded document will be scrutinised and verified before the commencement of the choice-filling process.
After verification is completed, candidates can check the updated status in the Document Upload Section of the candidate portal.
