Registration:
NTA has released the application form for the JEE Main April attempt today,
February 1. The entire application procedure, including JEE Main Session 2
registration, form filling, live photo capture, uploading of documents, and
payment of application fees, will be conducted completely online through jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Applicants must ensure that the full application process is completed on or
before the deadline of February 25.
Candidates who have passed Class 12 in 2024 or 2025, or those who are scheduled to complete Class 12 in 2026, are eligible to register for JEE Main 2026 Session 2. In addition, candidates who already appeared for the Session 1 examination and wish to enhance their scores are also eligible to apply for the April attempt.

How to Fill JEE Mains 2026 April Application Form
Candidates can follow the steps given below to complete the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 registration process:
- The first step is online registration on the official NTA JEE website. Upon successful registration, candidates will receive an application number, which must be preserved for future reference.
- After registration, candidates need to fill in the detailed JEE Main application form by selecting the paper, preferred exam city, educational qualifications, and personal details.
- The next stage involves uploading the scanned documents required for JEE Main 2026 registration, strictly as per the specifications prescribed by NTA.
- After uploading the documents, candidates must proceed to pay the application fee online using debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
- Candidates who had already registered for the January (Session 1) attempt can use the same application number and password to apply for Session 2. They will only need to select the paper, exam centre, and complete the fee payment for the second attempt.
