Karnataka NEET PG 2025 Update: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released a modified schedule for the 3rd Round (Mop-Up Round) online seat allotment for PG Medical Courses – 2025. This change has been implemented following adjustments made by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) to the All India Quota (AIQ) counselling schedule.
According to the latest notification issued by KEA, the option entry for the 3rd round, which was earlier planned to start on February 2, 2026, has now been postponed. The revised option entry process will begin from February 5, 2026.

Key Guidelines for Candidates
Candidates who are allotted seats must report to the respective colleges with the following items:
- KEA admission order (candidate copy)
- One set of Xerox copies of all mandatory documents and annexures
- Aadhaar card along with the verification slip
- Mobile phone for OTP-based authentication
- Face recognition or photo verification
After successful verification, the concerned college authority will download the college copy of the admission order. The admission process will be treated as complete only after this verification procedure is finished.
