Revised Counselling Schedule

1. Second Counselling – NRI Category & Vacant Seats (State/Management/Kashmiri Migrant)

Date: 17.11.2025

Eligible Candidates:

·         Gen/EWS/BCA/BCB/OSC/DSC/PwD/Management Quota – 230 marks and above

·         NRI/Kashmiri Migrant (KM) – All eligible candidates

Remarks: 

• Vacant seats for third counselling will be displayed on 19.11.2025 at www.luvas.edu.in

 
2. Third Counselling – Vacant Seats (NRI/State/Management/KM)

Date: 24.11.2025

Eligible Candidates:

·         All categories who have applied for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. in LUVAS

Remarks: 

• Vacant seat position (if any) will be displayed on 26.11.2025

 
3. Mop-Up Counselling (if required)

Schedule will be announced after completion of 3rd counselling.

Important Instructions

• NEET-UG 2025 Qualification Mandatory: All candidates (except NRI category) must have qualified NEET-UG 2025 conducted by NTA. Seat allotment will be strictly merit-based on NEET scores.

Document Verification:

• Candidates must bring all original documents, two recent photographs, and two sets of self-attested photocopies as per the Prospectus (Rule 3.11, Chapter III).

• Those whose original documents are deposited elsewhere must bring the fee receipt and a letter from that institute confirming the same.

Sliding Option:

Candidates already admitted can opt for sliding (from one college to another or between quota categories) based on merit in subsequent counsellings.

·         Must appear on the counselling day with the original fee receipt.

·         Fee difference (if any) must be paid on the same day.

·         No sliding will be permitted during Mop-Up counselling.

 
Category Certificates:

·         BCA/BCB: Must submit a valid category and income certificate issued on or after 01.04.2025.

·         EWS: Must submit a valid income & asset certificate issued on or after 01.04.2025.

 
Conversion of Vacant Seats:

·         Unfilled category seats will be converted as per the Prospectus 2025-26 rules during subsequent counsellings.

·         After 3rd counselling, remaining seats (if any) may be filled during Mop-Up as per the same rules.

Mop-Up Eligibility:

·         Candidates already admitted to COVS, LUVAS or affiliated colleges will not be eligible for Mop-Up.

·         To participate, such candidates must cancel their admission at least one day prior to Mop-Up counselling.
