MHT CET 2026 Registration LIVE Updates
According to media reports, the MHT CET 2026 application forms were scheduled to be released on January 1, 2026. Reports suggested that Commissioner Dilip Sardesai had confirmed that the official registration website was under testing and would be made live soon. However, as of now, the official MHT CET website, cetcell.mahacet.org, is not displaying any notification regarding the MHT CET 2026 registration release date.
Candidates who are appearing for or have qualified the Class 12 examinations in 2026 are eligible to apply for the MHT CET 2026 exam. Additionally, Aadhaar authentication and APAAR ID have been made mandatory for all candidates during the MHT CET 2026 registration process.
For the year 2026, the MHT CET examination will be conducted in two sessions. Session 1 for PCM will be held from April 11 to April 19, while the PCB exam will take place from April 21 to April 26. Session 2 has been scheduled from May 14 to May 17 for PCM candidates and from May 10 to May 11 for PCB candidates.
MHT CET 2026 Registration Date
The MHT CET 2026 registration process is expected to begin anytime soon, most likely within this week. Last year, the application forms were released on December 30. All eligible candidates will be able to complete the MHT CET 2026 application process exclusively through the official website.
Important Documents Required for MHT CET 2026 Registration
Candidates are advised to keep the following documents ready before initiating the MHT CET application process:
Mandatory Documents:
- Updated Aadhaar (UIDAI) Card
- APAAR ID
- Disability Certificate and/or Unique Disability ID (UDID Card) for PwD candidates
- Scribe details for PwD candidates with eligible disabilities
Other Important Documents:
Class 10 mark sheet, date of birth proof, address proof, caste or category certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, scanned images of photograph for upload, and credit/debit card or internet banking details for application fee payment.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to apply for MHT CET 2026:
1. Register on the CET portal: Candidates must register using their name and a valid, active email ID on the CET portal.
2. Fill the application form: Enter the required details such as parents’ names, educational information, mobile number, and address.
3. Select CET: Choose the CET examination for which the candidate wishes to apply.
4. Enter additional details and upload documents: Based on the selected CET, fill in additional information and upload the required documents.
5. Pay the application fee: Complete the application process by paying the applicable fee through the available online payment modes.
