NEET PG 2025 Counselling Round 2: Latest Updates
The Round 2 NEET PG 2025 counselling process is currently underway. MCC, the counselling authority, has extended the reporting deadline for Round 2 till December 29, 2025 (4:00 PM). Previously, the last date for reporting was December 26, 2025.
Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round 2 must report to their respective institutes with all original documents and the seat allotment letter. Failure to report within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of candidature.
The NEET PG 2025 Round 2 seat allotment result, released on December 16, 2025, was made available in PDF format. The result PDF includes crucial details such as:

NEET PG 2025 Counselling Round 2: Seat Allotment & Reporting Process
Reporting is the final and mandatory step in the admission process through the NEET PG examination. After the seat allotment is announced, candidates are required to:
1. Download the seat allotment order from the official MCC website.
2. Arrange and verify all required documents.
3. Physically report to the allotted institute within the given timeline.
Candidates must note that physical presence is compulsory at the time of reporting. If a candidate fails to report in person, his/her candidature will be cancelled.
The reporting process for NEET PG 2025 Round 2 counselling commenced on December 17, 2025.
Documents Required During NEET PG 2025 Reporting
Candidates must carry the following documents in original at the time of reporting:
- NEET PG Admit Card 2025
- NEET PG 2025 Result / Rank Letter
- Class X Marksheet or Birth Certificate
- All MBBS Mark Sheets
- MBBS Degree Certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate
- Permanent or Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI / SMC
- Valid, non-expired, and authentic Photo Identity Proof
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable)
