As per the official notification released by the Controller of Examinations, the deadline for submitting preferences has now been extended up to 3 February 2026, till 2:00 PM. This extension has been granted in accordance with the revised counselling schedule issued by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

The university has further stated that additional seats may emerge during the third round as a result of upgradation or changes in college or course preferences by candidates. Such seats may not appear in the officially published vacancy list; however, they will still be taken into account during the seat allotment process.

Candidates are therefore strongly advised to enter their preferred colleges, courses, and quota categories, even if some options are not currently visible in the vacancy list. This is because seat availability can change dynamically during the allotment process.

AMRU has also encouraged all applicants to regularly check the official university website (amruhp.ac.in)for the latest updates and further announcements related to the counselling process.
