NEET PG 2026 Edit Window Closes Today: NBEMS Form Correction Facility Active; Check Editable Fields, Selective Edit Window, Important Dates & Latest Updates: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will close the NEET PG 2026 application form correction window today. Candidates who have already registered for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2026 are advised to review their application forms carefully and make all necessary corrections before the edit facility is deactivated.

The online correction facility is available through the official NBEMS portal. However, candidates should note that only certain details can be edited, and complete modification of the application form is not permitted. After this window closes, NBEMS will provide a Selective Edit Window beginning July 31, 2026, allowing candidates to rectify only image-related deficiencies.

How to Edit the NEET PG 2026 Application Form

Candidates can modify their application by following these steps:

Visit the official NBEMS website.

Step 2

Click on the NEET PG 2026application portal.

Step 3

Select "Application"and then click on the Edit Window link.

Step 4

Log in using:

  • User ID

  • Password

Step 5

Make the permissible changes to the application form.

Step 6

Carefully review every edited field.

Step 7

Submit the corrected application form before the deadline.

Candidates should verify all details thoroughly before final submission, as no additional opportunity will be provided for general corrections.

What Happens After the Form Correction Window Closes?

After the closure of the regular correction facility, NBEMS will activate a Selective Edit Windowbeginning July 31, 2026.

During this phase, candidates will be allowed to correct only image-related deficiencies, such as:

  • Photograph

  • Signature

  • Thumb Impression (where applicable)

No other application details can be modified during the selective edit period.

The last date to upload corrected images is August 10, 2026.

Can Candidates Edit the Application Form After Today?

No.

Once the regular correction window closes, candidates will not be allowed to edit general application details.

Only image corrections will be permitted during the Selective Edit Window.

NBEMS has clarified that no further requests for application corrections will be entertained after the prescribed deadlines.

Will NBEMS Provide Another Chance for General Corrections?

No.

NBEMS has clearly stated that the current correction window is the final opportunity for candidates to edit general application details.

  • General information cannot be modified.
