Why NEET PG 2025 Counselling Has Been Delayed
According to the MCC notification, the National Medical Commission (NMC) is currently updating the seat matrix for various medical colleges across India. Consequently, the NEET PG 2025 Round 1 seat allotment results have also been postponed. A revised schedule including the choice locking, seat processing, and final result dates will be published soon on the MCC portal.
This postponement impacts thousands of postgraduate medical aspirants waiting for admission to MD, MS, and Diploma courses under both the 50% All India Quota (AIQ) and the 50% State Quota seats.

| Uttar Pradesh | UP NEET PG 2025 registration and fee payment for Round 1 have been extended till November 13, 2025. The detailed Round 1 schedule will be released soon. |
| Telangana | KNRUHS Telangana has reopened Round 1 registration for management quota seats. Candidates can apply at pvttspgmed.tsche.in till November 13. |
| Rajasthan | Rajasthan NEET PG 2025 registration deadline extended till November 14, 2025. |
| Chhattisgarh | The Chhattisgarh NEET PG 2025 counselling registration process has officially begun. |
| Kerala | CEE Kerala NEET PG 2025 Seat Allotment Result will be declared on November 14, 2025. |
| Punjab | Punjab NEET PG Round 1 choice filling extended till further notice. |
