On completing the test, candidates receive their provisional scores instantly. The official NMAT scorecard uploaded later includes the overall scaled score as well as sectional scaled scores. Participating business schools will shortlist candidates based on their respective overall and sectional cut-off criteria.
NMAT 2025 Retake Registration
Candidates are allowed to take the NMAT more than once during the testing cycle. The retake registration window becomes active shortly after a candidate’s first attempt. While most details are auto-filled, candidates must pay the exam fee again to schedule a retake.
Multiple attempt scores are reflected on the same scorecard, which gets updated after every new test attempt. Shortlisted candidates must present a printed copy of their NMAT scorecard along with required documents during further admission rounds.
Admission Process via NMAT 2025
Aspirants targeting MBA and PGDM programs through NMAT must closely follow the admission schedules of participating institutes. Each NMAT-accepting college in India releases its own timeline and criteria for the application and selection process. Candidates are advised to monitor individual institute announcements and deadlines to ensure timely submission and participation in the selection stages.
