SLAT 2026 Exam Update
Symbiosis International (Deemed) University conducted the SLAT 2026 Slot 2
examination on December 28, 2025. With the exam now over, attention has shifted
to the declaration of results, which is officially scheduled for January 15,
2026. Aspirants should note that the conducting authority does not publish an
official SLAT answer key. However, several third-party educational platforms
may release unofficial answer keys, which candidates can use to estimate their
probable scores.
Selection Process After SLAT
2026
Candidates who qualify in the SLAT 2026 written entrance test will be
shortlisted for the next stages of the admission process, which include the
Personal Interaction (PI) and Writing Ability Test (WAT). It is important to
note that the PI and WAT rounds are conducted separately by each Symbiosis Law
School (SLS) campus. The final merit list for admission to various law
programmes offered by SLS campuses will be published at a later stage.
What Happens After the SLAT
2026 Slot 2 Exam?
Since no official answer key is released after the SLAT examination, candidates
must wait for the result announcement. As per the official timeline, the
results for both Slot 1 and Slot 2 of SLAT 2026 will be declared on January 15,
2026. The SLAT result will be made available online on the official website. To
access and download the SLAT scorecard, candidates will need to log in using
their SLAT/SET ID and password.
Next Steps After SLAT Result
Declaration
Once the SLAT 2026 results are announced, the admission process at Symbiosis
Law School campuses will proceed as follows:
- Shortlisting for Personal Interaction (PI): Based on SLAT scores, individual institutes will publish lists of candidates shortlisted for the PI round, which involves interviews or further assessment.
- PI Slot Booking: Eligible candidates will be allowed to book their preferred dates and time slots for the Personal Interaction round, scheduled to take place in January 2026.
- Merit List and Final Admission: After the completion of PI rounds, institutes will release final merit lists considering combined performance in SLAT and PI.
Candidates who are offered admission will receive official offer letters and can then complete the remaining admission formalities.
