As per the notified schedule, Round 2 registration will be coonline at the official portal tnmedicalselection.net between December 19 and December 20, 2025. Eligible candidates can fill and modify their choices from December 20 to December 21, 2025. The registration and choice-filling process is open to candidates from both General Quota (GR 001 to GR 6989) and Management Quota (GR 001 to R 3912).

Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 Counselling – Round 2 Process
Round 2 of Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2025 counselling will commence with online registration, followed by online choice filling. Candidates may edit their choices multiple times until the options are locked. Once locked, the selected college and course choices cannot be modified.
To participate in Round 2 counselling, candidates must pay both refundable and non-refundable counselling fees. The non-refundable fee is INR 1,000 for both Government Quota and Management Quota candidates. The Round 2 seat allotment result will be released online in PDF format on the official website.
