VIT is announcing the VITEEE 2026 Phase I counselling seat allotment results for eligible candidates. The counselling process for all phases has already commenced. Phase I counselling was conducted for candidates securing ranks between 1 and 20,000 in the VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) 2026.
Applicants who successfully registered and submitted their preferred choices within the prescribed VIT counselling schedule can now access their allotted branch and campus online.

How to Check VITEEE 2026 Seat Allotment Result?
To access the VITEEE 2026 seat allotment result, candidates need to log in at ugcresults.vit.ac.in using their application number and password. After checking the allotment status, candidates who are satisfied with the allotted branch and campus must complete the advance tuition fee payment within the given deadline to confirm their admission.
Documents Required for VITEEE 2026 Counselling
Candidates should keep the following documents prepared for the verification and admission process:
- Copy of provisional allotment letter
- Class 12 mark sheets of all attempts of the qualifying examination
- Transfer Certificate (TC) / School Leaving Certificate
- Migration Certificate (if issued by the respective board)
- Student profile form available at vit.ac.in or the freshers’ portal, signed by both student and parent
- Affidavit by student on INR 200 stamp paper, available in PDF format on the VIT admissions portal, duly signed and notarised
- Affidavit by parent on INR 200 stamp paper, signed and notarised
- Hostel affidavit on INR 200 stamp paper, signed and notarised
- Physical fitness certificate certified by an authorised physician
- Undertaking form signed by both student and parent
- 2 to 3 recent passport-size photographs
Admission will be offered to candidates at various VIT campuses including Vellore, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh (AP), and Bhopal based on the rank secured in VITEEE 2026.
