These guidelines apply to candidates seeking admission into undergraduate and postgraduate Professional, Vocational, and General Degree courses across West Bengal, including the JENPAS UG and WB ANM & GNM programmes. Aspirants are advised to review all instructions thoroughly before proceeding with the counselling process.

WBJEEB Counselling 2025: Mop-Up Round – Key Highlights

• There will be only one mop-up round, making this the final opportunity for candidates to secure a seat through JENPAS UG or WB ANM/ GNM counselling.
• Participation in the mop-up round is optional and based on candidate choice.
• Seats available in this round include those left vacant after Round 2 of the counselling process.
• All candidates must pay a non-refundable registration fee:
• ₹200 for already registered candidates
• ₹700 for new applicants

Eligibility: Who Can Participate in WBJEEB Mop-Up Round Counselling 2025?

Candidates who meet any of the following criteria are eligible to participate:

1.    Applicants who did not receive any seat allotment in either Round 1 or Round 2.

2.    Candidates who paid the seat acceptance fee, completed document verification, but did not take admission in either Round 1 or Round 2.

3.    Candidates who paid the seat acceptance fee, completed document verification, but had their Round 2 allotment cancelled due to a valid reason.

4.    All new candidates who wish to participate.
