Originally, the last date to apply was December 5, but the deadline has now been prolonged by one week. The XAT 2026 exam is scheduled for January 4, 2026, and the admit card will be available from December 20, 2025, for all registered candidates.
How to Apply for XAT 2026?
The deadlines for application submission and fee payment remain the same, December 11, 11:59 pm. Follow the steps below to complete the registration process:
- Visit https://xatonline.in/
- Click on the ‘Registration’ tab
- Provide your name, mobile number, email ID, password, and captcha code
- Verify your registration using the link sent via email
- Access the XAT 2026 dashboard
- Open the application form
- Enter academic details, personal information, and work experience
- Upload your passport-sized photograph, scanned signature, and a valid photo ID
- Choose preferred test cities for exam centre allocation
- Review all information and agree to the declaration
- Pay the fee using a debit card, credit card, or net banking
The XAT 2026 application fee is INR 2200. Candidates opting for XLRI programmes need to pay an additional INR 200. The fee is non-refundable, so applicants must ensure all details are accurate before submission.
