As per trends observed in earlier XAT examinations, the XAT 2026 result date is tentatively expected to fall on January 17 or January 18, 2026. However, it must be noted that no formal notification regarding the scorecard release has been issued so far by XLRI. Once declared, candidates will be able to access their results only through the official XAT online portal using their registered login credentials.

Candidates who appeared for the XAT 2026 examination on January 4, 2026, will be able to check their results by logging in to the official website xatonline.in. The direct scorecard download link will be activated after the announcement and will be updated immediately once it goes live.

Earlier, XLRI released the XAT 2026 response sheet on January 6, 2026, followed by the provisional answer key on January 9, 2026. Along with the answer key, the objection window was also opened on the same day, allowing candidates to raise challenges against the provisional answers. The final XAT 2026 resultwill be prepared after carefully reviewing and resolving all objections submitted by candidates.

Along with the result, aspirants will also be able to assess their overall percentile as well as sectional performance, which plays a crucial role in shortlisting for XLRI and other top B-schools accepting XAT scores.

Steps to Download XAT 2026 Scorecard

The XAT 2026 result and scorecard will be available only in online mode. Candidates can follow the steps given below to download their scorecard:

1.    Visit the official XAT website at xatonline.in

2.    Click on the ‘Scorecard Download’ link available on the homepage

3.    Enter your XAT ID and registered password

4.    Click on the Sign In button

5.    The XAT 2026 scorecard will appear on the screen

6.    Download the scorecard and save it as a PDF for future reference

Candidates are advised to keep a printed copy of the scorecard, as it will be required during GD-PI rounds and admission processes.
