Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Post Graduate Centre, commonly known as Ambedkar PG Centre, is a government postgraduate institute located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The centre was established in 1986 by the Government of Rajasthan and is named after Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar, the chief architect of the Indian Constitution. The primary goal of the institution is to provide quality higher education at the postgraduate level, with a focus on academic excellence, social justice, and inclusive development.

The institute is situated at University of Rajasthan Campus, Jaipur – 302004, Rajasthan. Mission

Built on a great legacy inherited from our founding fathers, our mission is to create an environment of stimulating intellectual dialogue across disciplines and harvest knowledge with a cutting-edge through high quality teaching, research, and extension activities leading to the generation of students who would provide leadership, vision and direction to society.

Candidates must have appeared in CUET UG 2024 to apply at Dr BR Ambedkar University Delhi for admission to a UG course. Applicants must have passed class 12 with at least 50% from any recognised board. For reserved category students, 45% in class 12 board exam is mandatory.

There are 60-70 students in a batch, and approximately 30-40 students were offered a package of around 8-10 LPA, which is the average package. The rest depends on the student's academics. Overall, the college provides good academics and placements.

The Department of Welfare of Scheduled Castes (SC) and Backward Classes (BC) have launched several schemes on the Dr Ambedkar scholarship portal Punjab government. The domiciles of Punjab belonging to the SC and OBC categories can apply to the Dr BR Ambedkar scholarship schemes. The state government aims to provide financial aid to deserving students from economically weaker backgrounds for higher studies.

We established NSS unit recently and we secured first place for Swatch Bharath Internship 2.0 for Chamarajanagar District in the year 2018-19
