Dr. AER Degree and PG college was established in 1997 and inaugurated by Dr. Agartala Eswar Reddi, the founder father of AER institute. The college has pride in being affiliated to Sri Venkateswara University and has 20+ years of excellence in the education industry.

Our college is situated in the centre of Tirupati and is well connected to both Chennai and Nellore. The spacious accommodation and well equipped library, Laboratories and other infrastructure makes it possible to maintain the right academic environment conducive to different branches of learning.

Library
There is no possibility of students coming up with excuses on lack of information in the ever increasing competition. AER Degree and PG College understood this importance very early and established a best library, a repository of books, periodicals, journals, magazines and newspapers.

Our library has more than 50 national and international journals and has a large collection of reference books on advanced disciplines that are aimed at developing students beyond their curriculum. It not only consists of textbooks, newspapers, reference books, journals and magazine sections but also has a section devoted to an archival of editorial clippings and important articles compiled on various interesting subjects. Besides, we also provide a digital library having a vast collection of movies, subject related programmes, digitized journals, newsletters, papers, dissertations and articles.
Computer Labs
We has computers installed to cater to the needs of students from various combinations in Physical sciences and commerce. Variety of programmes are administered through our central computer lab facility – academic practicals, career oriented programmes, software certification, internet browsing, PC Hardware trouble shooting, Network trouble shooting, and Software exhibitions in addition to competitions and power point presentation preparations.

Practical Labs
The major objective of the campus placement is to identify the talented and qualified professionals before they complete their education. This process reduces the time for an industry to pick the candidates according to their need. It is a cumbersome activity and hence majority of the companies find it difficult to trace the right talent.
Hostel Facility
To have a feeling of ‘A Home Away From Home’, our hostel complex is a comfortable place to stay. The College has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. To have utmost safety, girls’ hostel is located in the college premises itself. Whereas boy’s hostel is located outside the campus. The hostel runs a hygienic mess that provides nutritious foods to the students. Full time resident wardens are available to take care of hostellers and to maintain the discipline. A standby power generator is available with the full time attendant in the hostel to operate during power failures.

The College runs a good number of buses covering all the important points in Tirupati to make the staff and students to reach the campus and to leave the campus on time. All the drivers are Professional and Experienced.
