Dr NavalarNedunchezhian College of Engineering (Dr NNCE) is one of the premier Technical Institution in Tholudar. Founded in 1995 by "Kalvikavalar" Thiru A Krishnaswami M.A, B.Ed and promoted by Sri ArumugaMudhaliar Sornam Educational Trust. Lion. K Rajapradhapan is the Chairman. The College strives to provide world class quality higher education to the students from the rural parts.
Dr NNCE is built on a sprawling 50 Acres of land. The College is ideal for education in a comfortable environment. The College is located at Raja Nagar, Tholudar, Cuddalore (Dist), Tamil Nadu, which is 5 Kms from the Trichy-Chennai Highway. Ariyalur Railway Station is 29 Kms from the College, Trichy Bus Stand and Trichy Airport are approximately 88 Kms from the College via respective shortest routes.

Dr NNCE is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.

The College has 5 B.E and 1 M.E option as academic alternatives. All admissions are based on merit & entrance exam along with HSC or equivalent examination marks as per Anna University norms. Admission will be based on merit, considering the Entrance exam marks along with Plus Two / HSC / Intermediate / equivalent examinations marks etc. as per university norms.Eligibility for B.E Courses is a Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with physics and mathematics with chemistry or Biology as main subject. Obtain at least 50% marks(45% for reserved category) in the above subjects OR any other examination of any university or authority accepted by this University as equivalent of plus two. For M.E courses, the eligibility criteria is a Pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination with physics and mathematics with chemistry or Biology as main subject. Obtain at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category) in the above subjects OR be a Graduate in respective B.E degree with 50% marks.

Dr NNCE has good Infrastructure and Campus Facilities for the Students and Faculty. Classrooms, Library, separate Labs for each Department, Cafeteria, Hostels for Men and Women Students, Transport Facility, Indoor and Outdoor Sports and Games Facilities. Among other facilities is an NCC Unit, Scout Movement, National Service Scheme Program, IT Infrastructure including a fully wi-fi enabled campus with 100 Mbps Internet Bandwidth & LAN Connectivity in the Central Office.

The College has a Placement and Training Cell which is well structured. LSRW Skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) become the core part of the Communication Training, Life Skills Development including Motivation, Attitude Building, Goal Setting, Communication and Presentation Skills.
