Eligibility
Admission to the course is open to all students who have passed the recognized Pre-University course examination conducted by P.U.Board Govt. of Karnataka or other equivalent examinations as approved by Mangalore University.

How to Apply
Eligible candidate may apply for admission through duly filled application obtained from the college along with the requisite fee.The fee may be paid Demand Draft (D.D)

Students seeking admission from Govinda Dasa P.U.College with a score 85% and above are eligible for fee concession.

Prospectus and Application Form
Once the admissions are open, the prospectus shall be available at Admission Desk at the College Office.

Submission of Application Form
Fully filled-in applications for admission to the College should reach the Principal within Five days of the publication of the results of PUC Board.Only true copies of certificates should be attached to the application.
After the admission,students should join on the date which will be mentioned . after paying the College fees and other fees.
Any Application which is incomplete will be rejected and no explanation for the rejection will be given to the applicant.
All admissions made are provisional subject to the approval of the University of Mangalore. The exact day on which classes commence will be notified on the college notice board at the time of admission.
Candidates are to be admitted by parent or guardian as the case may be. A list of students provisionally, admitted will be put up on the notice board of the college.

Scholarships
Students at GDC have the opportunity to avail numerous scholarships to financially aid their education. Scholarships ranging from Govt. Sponsored scholarships to the aid provided by various charitable organizations and philanthropists are available to student.

Percentage of students benefited by scholarships and freeships provided by the Government and Non-Government agencies during last five[2017-2022]

The candidates must be studying in Classes 11 and 12 at a recognised educational institution in India. Applicants must have scored at least 60% marks in the preceding class. The annual family income of the applicants from all sources must be less than or equal to₹2,50,000.

Library
The College Has library at Govinda Dasa College is spacious, resourceful, and state-of-the-art with E-Library systems integrated into our system. The library is the heart of our college. The Govindadasa College Library was established in the year 1967. It moved to an independent building in 1982. Our Library is housed on the First Floor of the Library Building and occupied nearly 6000 Sp.ft. The first half-space is utilized for reading and reference purposes and the other space is for stacking and virtual library purpose.


Laboratories
The college has the Bachelor of Science course requires students to complete a certain number of hours in the science laboratories and conduct several experiments required by the syllabus. a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

Auditorium
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.


Cafeteria
The college has a Cafeteria facility with Hygenic food at affordable rates.


I.T Infrastructure
The college has a Computer Science Department consisting of 3 laboratories with a total of 80 computers configured for practical programming purposes.

The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.
