It is a private medical college established in 1965 by the Bapuji Educational Association (BEA), founded by Dr. Shamanur Shivashankarappa. Admission Procedure

JJM Medical College Davangere Admissions 2024: The college admits students to various diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The performance of the candidate in NEET-UG is taken for UG admissions. JJMMC MD & MS Course selection process is done through valid NEET-PG scores and NEET-SS scores are considered for JJM Medical College doctoral admissions. Then, the candidates must participate in counselling by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), Bangalore. Admission Criteria

MBBS Admission

JJMMC offers admission to MBBS at the undergraduate level for 5.5 Years, including one year of compulsory rotating internship. Admission to MBBS at JJMMC is strictly based on the score obtained by the candidates in NEET UG conducted by NTA. The institute offers a total of 245 Seats which are filled through Government Quota, Private Quota, NRI & Management Quota. The annual fees for MBBS course INR 1.54 Lakhs

Eligibility Criteria 

• Candidates must have passed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
  
• They must have scored at least 50% Marks in aggregate in PCB (40% for SC/ST).
  
• Candidates must be at least 17 Years as of December 31 of the Admission Year.

MD/MS Admission

JJMMC offers admission to MD (Doctor of Medicine) and MS (Master of Surgery) at the postgraduate level for 3 years. The college offers multiple specializations in MD and MS in the field of Medicine. Admission to MD and MS at JJMMC is based on the score in NEET PG followed by the Karnataka NEET PG Counseling conducted by KEA. The annual fees for MD courses vary from INR 3.09 Lakhs to 21.42 Lakhs Lakhs for admission.

• Applicants must have an MBBS degree from a recognized institute with at least 55% Marks.
