1. CENTRAL SECTOR SCHEME OF SCHOLARSHIPS FOR COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS (FRESH)

FACILITIES
FOOD PRODUCTION
All the labs are well equipped and maintained on Industry standards. There are four major food production labs in the premises.
Basic Training Kitchen
The Basic Training Kitchen provides introduction to cooking . This is were students gain the knowledge on the basics of cooking.
Quantity Training Kitchen
Here the students learn to make menus, preparation & presentation of various food items in bulk cooking mode.
Advanced Training Kitchen
This is where senior students expertise in a particular field of culinary delicacies. It is identical to a typical Hotel Kitchen.
Bakery & Confectionary
This is the place where student learn to bake cakes, breads and pastries. They also learn to make chocolates, puddings and other exotic desserts.
Just as the reception or launch of first point of contact for guest at a hotel. Our campus also have its own front office lab to train hospitality and tourism management. Students are trained in different topics ranging from receiving the guest, bell desk, concierge guest relations, a billing and guest handling skills.

TRAINING RESTAURANT
Food and beverage service department in hospitality industry plays a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction and builds an image of the hotel. The college boasts of a state of the art training restaurant which enables, supports and prepares young professionals by providing them with practical exposure in basic restaurant service, restaurant operations, specialized service (BUTLER SERVICE), , guerdon service etc… and other finer aspects of food and beverage service department. The training restaurant is equipped with a mock bar to teach cocktail and mocktail preparations.
The aim & objective of the training restaurant remains intact to infuse quality training to young budding professionals and develop their skills along with basic etiquettes required to be a true hospitality professionals and build on the knowledge imparted to lead a successful life ahead.
THE MODEL GUEST ROOM
The Department of Accommodations, i.e., the Rooms Division in the hotel that encompasses House Keeping and Front Office plays a vital role in ensuring Total Quality Management by ensuring to meet guest expectations and by maximising the room sale figures. We take pride and efforts in making the students to inculcate the needed skills and competencies to take up leading positions in this department in their career ahead. We train the students in all practical and technical aspects of house-keeping. Students are trained in basic mannerisms and etiquettes needed to be in a hotelier like the body language, the communication skills, the grooming standards, the service attitude, etc. As part of curriculum, students are also trained in imbibing technical knowledge in the subjects. Since the department is centered around maintaining aesthetic upkeep in the hotel, we have a curriculum that trains the students in these areas such as the knowledge and use of cleaning agents and equipment, inventory management, room servicing, guest safety and security management, eco-friendly operations and much more.
We have a model guest room at industry par, a workshop equipped with latest furnishings to orient the students with industry requirements. Time-friendly practical sessions become the best means to deliver the content to the students. Training students in needed skills and competencies goes along with the regular curriculum flow to deliver the students a perfect matching package of contents regularly.
COMPUTER LAB
Our college has a state-of –the-art computer laboratory equipped with 50 computers at student’s disposal, offering practical sessions for subjects like Hospitality Information System and Property Management System.In addition to operating systems like Windows7, Linux, Windows 3 we have standard software’s such as Microsoft Office, Photoshop, IDS etc.The lab has backup power supply, WIFI internet supply, LCD projector, Scanner, Laser Printer, External and Internal DVD & CD writers, pen drives, External hard disk, Multimedia speakers etc.
The lab is kept open from 9.a.m. to 5 p.m. for the benefit of the students. The computer resources can be used by the students for assignment work and project works.
LIBRARY
The unlimited thirst for knowledge is quenched by a well established library consisting of around 14,000 books, 40 International & National Journals, Leading magazines and News papers.
FACILITIES
Institute of Physiotherapy provides students with a comprehensive list of features and facilities to cater to our students' learning needs and comfort during their years with us. We believe in creating an environment that is conducive for learning and development to complement our academic programmes.
LIBRARY
Attached to the main academic block, the Library is a fully Wi-Fi enabled unit. Well-stocked and presently having a collection of over thirty thousand books by well-known Indian & International authors, periodicals and journals. Latest books and editions are continuously added to the collection to equip students with a wide range of academics. Further, students are provided with the facility of e-library which gives access to thousands of online journals and e-books for assistance in evidence based physiotherapy and clinical practice. Numerous numbers of post graduate research projects, and publications in peer reviewed Scopus and Pubmed indexed journals have become the hallmark of Institute of Physiotherapy.
It extends its current awareness services by providing newspapers/magazines. The library remains open from 8.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m on all working days.
INFRASTRUCTURE
College also has an exhaustive physical infrastructure:
i. Large, well furnished, spacious lecture halls, amphitheatre-style Gallery hall, seminar room which provide the most conducive atmosphere for dynamic and focused discussions. They have been augmented with integrated audio–visual teaching aids for lectures, presentations etc.

Community physiotherapy services are extended to Old age homes, Poor homes, special schools and community pediatric centers.
iv. Auditorium: Extensively used by the students for extra-curricular activities and for hosting functions of the College, the auditorium has a seating capacity of about 500 people. It has an advanced light and sound system that is managed by specially designated support staff along with the students. It is equipped with a large stage and comfortable seating.
CAFETERIA
The College Canteen is a popular meeting place for students. It serves a variety of eatables at reasonable prices. It has a seating capacity of around 50 people. It also provides tiffin services to the students staying around the campus.
BOOK/STATIONARY AND PHOTOCOPIER OUTLET:
The College has an in-house bookshop and Xerox centre. The Bookshop provides books, and stationery products to the students. It also provides photocopy, printing, compiling and binding facilities to its students and staff. The outlet opens on all working days during College hours.
HOSTEL & TRANSPORT
The college has its own hostel for boys and girls namely Srinivas hostel for girls at G.H.S road, and Hill Top hostel for boys. The hostel rooms can accommodate 2/3 students, with shared bathroom facilities.
