SAN Academy of Architecture, established in 1999 is part of the Sree Amman Trust (1986) by Tmt T Jayalakshmi, M.A., Founder & Chairperson of the Trust.The essence of forming this Academy was to evolve, synthesize and spread the power of knowledge that embraces emerging technology. The institution gives a competitive edge to its students by focusing on Industry - Academia linkage and by providing exposure to sustainable, Green Architecture development and to provide practical knowledge, facilitate the learning hub with all allied activities and provide on job training to all the young learners with world class infrastructure.

SANAA is located in a modest campus at ACC Pirivu, Navakkarai (P.O), Mavuthampathy Villag, Walayar, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Coimbatore Railway Station is 25 Kms and Palakkad Railway Station is 30 Kms from the Academy campus

SANAA is approved by the Council of Architecture (CoA), New Delhi and is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. All courses at SANAA are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi.

The Academy offers B.Arch and M.Arch courses. Eligibility for admission to B.Arch is a pass in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) and a 10+2 or Diploma (Maths being one of the subjects) with not less than 50% aggregate marks. Eligibility for admission to M.Arch is a pass in the B.Arch Degree program.

SANAA has excellent and top class infrastructure with a perfectly balanced set of facilities between Academic and Non-academic activities. It has furnished Hostel Facilities in very picturesque surroundings, Cafeteria, advanced Lecture Halls with latest AV facilities, Library with the latest information on Art, Architecture and Design. Sports and Gym facilities, Computer Labs and Construction Area. The Academy also strives to create an excellent and congenial Teacher-Student relationship and an atmosphere to create bonhomie between students who come from various backgrounds and cultures.

SANAA has a dedicated Placement Cell which has a very strong rapport with renowned Design Firms, Architects and other Corporate Giants to help make students Industry ready by organizing regular mock Interview and Interaction sessions, Group Discussions involving Industry Experts and Professionals. After course completion, Students have scope to work as Research Architect, Interior Designer, Product Designer with Public and Private Firms, Corporates, PSU's and Interior Designing Agencies and many more allied areas.
