AIBE XXI Update: BCI Releases Detailed Syllabus and Confirms Exam Timeline: On March 2, 2026, the Bar Council of India (BCI) officially issued the syllabus for the All India Bar Examination XXI (AIBE XXI). The examination has been scheduled to take place on June 7, 2026.


This announcement comes after BCI’s earlier notification dated February 10, 2026, through which the complete examination calendar for AIBE XXI was made public.

Syllabus for AIBE XXI

The comprehensive syllabus for AIBE XXI includes 19 subjects, together accounting for a total of 100 questions in the examination.

The BCI has once again confirmed the minimum qualifying marks for AIBE XXI :

Candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories must secure at least 45% marks to pass the examination.

Meanwhile, candidates from SC/ST categories and specially abled candidates are required to obtain a minimum of 40% marks to qualify.
