AIIMS Releases INI CET 2025 Result: Merit List Published, Counselling to Begin Soon: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has declared the INI CET 2025 results for the January academic session, releasing the roll number–wise list of provisionally qualified candidates. Students who appeared for the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI CET) held on November 9, 2025, can now view and download their results from the official portal — aiimsexams.org. The new academic session is scheduled to begin in January 2026.

According to the official notification, the merit list includes candidates shortlisted for admission into MD, MS, MDS, DM (6 years), and MCh (6 years) programs offered by prestigious Institutes of National Importance, including AIIMS New Delhi and other AIIMS campuses, JIPMER Puducherry, PGIMER Chandigarh, NIMHANS Bengaluru, and SCTIMST Trivandrum.

AIIMS has stated - “The following is the roll number–wise list of provisionally qualified candidates in the INI-CET based on performance in the online CBT examination conducted on 09-11-2025 for admission to postgraduate courses for the January 2026 session across Institutes of National Importance.”

How to Download INI CET 2025 Result

Candidates can follow these steps to access their scorecard:

1.    Visit the official website — aiimsexams.org

2.    Click on the “Academic Courses” section.

3.    Choose “INI-CET (MD/MS/MCh(6yrs)/DM(6yrs))”.

4.    Open the link titled “INI CET November 2025 Session Result.”

5.    Enter your Application Number, Exam Unique Code (EUC), and Password.

6.    Download and save the scorecard for future counselling procedures.

Minimum Qualifying Percentile for INI CET 2025

Candidates must secure the following minimum percentiles to be considered eligible for counselling:

  • UR, EWS, Sponsored, Deputed, OCI: 50th percentile
  • SC, ST, OBC, Bhutanese Nationals (PGI Chandigarh): 45th percentile

Tie-Breaking Policy

If two candidates obtain the same total marks, AIIMS will follow the below criteria:

1.    The candidate with fewer negative responses will receive a higher rank.

2.    If the tie persists, the older candidate will be placed above the younger one.

AIIMS INI CET 2025 Counselling

Candidates who meet the qualifying percentile will now proceed to the online counselling process, which involves:

  • Counselling registration
  • Preference filling for courses and institutions
  • Seat allotment based on rank and choices

The detailed counselling schedule will be announced shortly on the official website. Selected candidates must report with original documents and pay the required fees to confirm admission.
