COMEDK B.Arch Counselling 2026 Registration Begins; Candidates Must Upload Documents by June 29: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has officially started the COMEDK B.Arch Counselling 2026 registration process for candidates seeking admission into Architecture programmes.

Eligible candidates can now complete the counselling registration and upload required documents through the official COMEDK portal. The authority has advised applicants to carefully review eligibility requirements and keep all necessary certificates ready before proceeding with registration.

The last date to complete counselling registration and document upload is June 29, 2026.

The counselling process includes:

  • Online Registration

  • Document Upload

  • Payment of Counselling Fee

Applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable counselling fee of ₹2,000.


COMEDK B.Arch Admission 2026: No Separate Entrance Examination

Unlike engineering admissions, COMEDK does not conduct a separate entrance examination for B.Arch admissions.

Admissions will be offered based on valid scores obtained in:

  • NATA 2025 or NATA 2026, or

  • JEE (Paper 2 – B.Arch and Planning) 2026

Candidates possessing both scores may submit both, and the best score will be considered during admission evaluation.

The eligibility conditions also apply to:

  • Bachelor of Planning (B.Plan)

  • Bachelor of Design (B.Des.)


COMEDK B.Arch Admission Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must satisfy the prescribed eligibility requirements before registering.

Applicants should have:

Option 1 – 10+2 Qualification

Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with:

  • Physics (Compulsory)

  • Mathematics (Compulsory)

  • Any one of the following:

    • Chemistry

    • Biology

    • Technical Vocational Subject

    • Computer Science

    • Information Technology

    • Informatics Practices

    • Engineering Graphics

    • Business Studies

Minimum marks required:

  • 45% aggregate marks

  • 40% aggregate for Karnataka SC/ST/OBC candidates

Option 2 – Diploma Qualification

Passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with:

  • Mathematics as compulsory subject

  • Minimum 45% aggregate marks

  • 40% for eligible Karnataka reserved category candidates

Additional Eligibility Condition

Candidates who:

  • Appeared for NATA 2025, and

  • Already secured admission into any Architecture programme during 2025

will not be eligible to participate in COMEDK B.Arch Counselling 2026.


Documents Required for COMEDK B.Arch General Merit Seat

Candidates under General Merit category must upload the following:

1.   Original Candidate ID Proof
(PAN / Passport / Voter ID / Driving License / Government ID)

2.   Date of Birth Proof
(10th Marks Card)

3.   Candidate Photograph and Signature

4.   Parent / Guardian Signature

5.   PUC / Class 12 / Diploma Marks Card

6.   Admit Card of Class 12 / 2nd PUC / Diploma

7.   SC / ST / OBC Certificate (if applicable and PCM marks fall between 40–45%)

8.   Karnataka Domicile Certificate (for reservation claims)

9.   NATA 2025 / NATA 2026 Score OR JEE Paper 2 (B.Arch & Planning) 2026 Score OR Both


Documents Required for Kalyana Karnataka Region (HKR)

Applicants applying under Kalyana Karnataka Region (HKR)quota must upload:

1.   Government-issued Original ID Proof

2.   Date of Birth Proof
(10th Marks Card / Birth Certificate)

3.   Candidate Photo and Signature

4.   Parent / Guardian Signature

5.   PUC / Class 12 / Diploma Marks Card

6.   Admit Card of Qualifying Examination

7.   SC / ST / OBC Certificate (if applicable)

8.   NATA 2025 / 2026 Score OR JEE Paper 2 B.Arch Score

9.   Kalyana Karnataka Region Certificate

10.                  Karnataka Domicile Certificate
