The programme integrates domain expertise from all three institutes:
- IIT Kanpur: Product and technology modules
- IIM Calcutta: Business and management modules
- IIT Madras: Process and operations modules
Over 1,170 hours of learning will be delivered through lectures, simulations, case studies, and hands-on industry projects. Key curriculum areas include business strategy, leadership development, supply chain management, product design, advanced manufacturing techniques, factory automation, quality systems, and data analytics. All participants will also undertake an industry internship to tackle real-time manufacturing challenges.
Eligibility & Important Dates
- Work Experience: Minimum 4.5 years; maximum 10 years (no upper limit for sponsored candidates).
- Alumni Benefits: Graduates receive alumni status from IIT Kanpur, IIM Calcutta, and IIT Madras.

Developed with support from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), JICA, and government bodies like DPIIT and the Ministry of Education, the programme also features an international study tour to Japan, offering exposure to world-class manufacturing systems, lean practices, and cutting-edge technologies.
