The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has announced an extension of the application deadline for its two-year, full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme. Interested candidates can now submit their applications until 8 February 2026. Admission to the programme is open to both fresh graduates and working professionals, with selection based on CAT 2025 and GMATscores.

For eligibility, Indian applicants must possess a valid CAT 2025 score, while foreign nationals are required to submit a valid GMAT score. In addition, sponsored candidates who have completed a minimum of two years of work experience in the same organisation are eligible to apply through the designated sponsorship channel.

The final admission results will be announced in May 2026. Subsequently, the joining process, orientation, and registration for selected candidates will be conducted in July 2026. Pre-term classes and examinations are also planned for July 2026, andregular MBA classes will begin in the same month.
