JEE Main 2026 Registration Link Active

Candidates seeking admission to B.E. / B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.Planning courses offered by NITs, IIITs, and other centrally funded institutions can now fill out the form online. The direct registration link is available on the NTA JEE Main portal.

New Features Introduced by NTA

This year, NTA has added Aadhaar-based verification and live photo capture during registration to enhance authenticity. Applicants will be required to verify their details via Aadhaar and upload a live photo using a webcam or mobile camera.

JEE Main 2026 Application Process – Step-by-Step

1.    Registration: Enter basic details, create a password, and generate the JEE Main 2026 application number.

2.    Form Filling: Fill in personal, academic, and exam centre details. Complete the live photo capture using the QR code process.

3.    Uploading Documents: Upload scanned copies of a recent photograph, signature, and valid identity proof (Aadhaar/DigiLocker/other ID).

4.    Fee Payment: Pay the registration fee online using Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

NTA will provide a correction window for editing limited details in the application form. Students are advised to keep scanned copies of their documents ready before beginning the application process.

JEE Main 2026 Exam Dates

• Session 1: January 21 – 30, 2026
• Session 2: April 2 – 9, 2026
  The exam will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across 13 languages, including English, Hindi, and regional languages.

The NTA has confirmed that JEE Main 2026 registration fees remain unchanged from the previous session.
