The facility for Option Confirmation, Option Deletion, and Option Rearrangement has been activated for all eligible candidates, including those under the Service Quota.
Key Highlights of the Notification
1. Option Confirmation / Deletion / Rearrangement Window Active
Candidates included in the Kerala State Merit List can now log in to the official CEE website www.cee.kerala.gov.in and access the “PG Medical 2025 – Candidate Portal” to:
- Confirm existing options
- Delete lower options
- Rearrange higher-order options
Those who did not receive allotment in the first phase can also modify their existing list of options in this phase.
2. Option Confirmation is Mandatory
The CEE has clarified that:
- No fresh option registration is allowed in the second phase.
- Only confirmation, deletion, or rearrangement of already registered options is permitted.
- Candidates who do not confirm their options will NOT be considered for second-phase allotment.
3. Important Rules for Candidates Allotted in Phase 1
- If a candidate joined the seat allotted in Phase 1, higher options remain available for modification.
- Lower options (below the allotted seat) stand automatically deleted.
- Candidates must confirm their higher options to be considered for upgradation in the second round.
- If a candidate who joined a Phase 1 seat fails to confirm options, he/she will not be considered for any higher-option allotment in Phase 2.
4. Deadline
The online facility for option confirmation and rearrangement will remain open from:
December 10, 2025 to December 17, 2025 (5:00 PM).
Candidates are advised to complete the process well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
