Abbas Khan College was set up by Central Muslim Association in the year 1974 with the vision to provide accessible higher education to women in general and Muslim Women in particular. The institution's mission included women's empowerment through education and providing all available options to grow in a holistic sense. Mr. Abbas Khan, Founder was a great soul who worked for the upliftment of economically and socially challenged women; the College was named after him. The college is a charitable institution that runs with no donations.

Candidates who have passed two year Pre-University examination or its equivalent i.e ICSE. CBSE and any other Vocational training of two years duration recognized by the Government.

Language Lab

Language lab is open to all, it conducts communicative English class to the students whose communication skills are weak. The lab has installed unique learning software system where a teacher console is connected to many students console where they act according to the instructions of the teacher’s console. This software enables the students to learn different Communication skills, Interview Skills, & Audio Visual Skills.

Business Lab

Business lab is also equipped with computers where the students are taught practically as how to operate their bank accounts, D-Mat account, online trading, Stock exchange transactions, creating their own E-mail I.d’s, browsing on various topics, different websites, E- enabling etc group innovations etc.

Bus Pick and Drop facility is made available to students by the college.
