Agriculture , MBA, BBA etc. Bhagwant University is formed under the aegis of Bhagwant Group of Institutions and has been established by Government of Rajasthan and approved by UGC, as per section 2f of UGC Act 1956. Admission Process

Bhagwant University is located in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India. The university offers Bachelor, Master and Ph.D. programs in Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Education, Media & Mass Communication, Medical Science, Applied Sciences, and Humanities.

Admissions to the UG courses at Bhagwant University is done Online/offline mode with applications form available at the University website. Admission to the UG programs is done on the basis of the eligibility criteria led by the university along with the score obtained in the respective entrance exam i.e University Joint Entrance TestJEE MAINS, (UJET), EPSI National academic tests (ENAT). Applications for ENAT Begins in October until March.

Admission for various PG courses like MBA, M.Tech, MA, MSN, M.P.T, M.Pharm, M.Com, M.Sc., LL.M, MCA, etc are done on the basis of score obtained in PGCET or GATE. Ph.D Admission is done through a Ph.D entrance exam conducted by the University.

Selection Criteria

The contenders will be judged on the basis of their performance in the Entrance Test, students who will secure the requisite marks in the examination will get admittance to the University after the Counselling, & Group Discussion followed by personal Interview round, in which certificates and degrees produced by the candidates will be evaluated.

Bhagwant University Ph.D. Admissions 2023

The list of candidates selected for admission will be prepared on the basis of aggregate marks of both the components i.e. academic record and & entrance test.

After admission, the candidate will be required to make a research plan presentation. Weightage for presentation is 35% of the total.

For Ph.D. admission, an entrance test will be conducted for the eligible candidates irrespective of number of applications received, which will be followed by an interview by a committee consisting of the Director, Doctoral Studies & Research, Dean of the faculty concerned, Head of the Department(s) and a domain expert.

The candidate who does not meet the minimum 40% marks in written test, 40% marks in personal interview and 50% marks in aggregate will not be considered for Registration and their admission may be cancelled. Provided however, that the candidates who have passed the National Level Test like UGC/CSIR(JRF) examination / NET / SLET / GATE/teacher fellowship holder, M.Phil etc or its equivalent shall be exempted from appearing in the test and they will be considered deemed to have earned 35% score in the written test.

LIBRARY FACILITIES

The library has open access system along with a reading room facility. The Library houses a total collection of approx. 95,000 printed books (with more than 3675 titles) which includes Text books and Reference books in the field of Engineering and Technology, Agriculture, Law, Sciences and Humanities, English Literature and Fiction. The library has a rich collection of books procured from various renowned publishers. The library subscribes 69 magazines for the students as magazines plays an important role in an educational institution or organization and supply the variety of news on a regular basis (i.e. weekly, monthly etc.) and keep the users updated about the latest news and happenings taking place in our country as well as in the world at large. The library's has DELNET subscription.

There is a Book Bank facility for the students in the library. Under this facility, the set of text books are issued individually to each student according to the prescribed syllabus who avails the Book Bank facility at the beginning of the Semester. The text books are issued for one semester (i.e. six months) and the Fees to avail the Book Bank facility for each Semester is as per norms.

The institute has fully furnished separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. These are supported by an excellent mess, common room, STD-PCO, internet access, canteen, provision store, medical assistance, and to and fro transport facility to Railway Station/Bus Station during official breaks. Both the hostels are Air Cooled, the boys hostel has double/triple seated rooms. There is large air cooled girls hostel in the campus having double/triple seated rooms. The unique feature of our girls hostel is availability of pantry with microwave, refrigerator and dry kitchen facility.

Our specially designed AC hostel for foreign, student fulfils the requirement of continental food and comfortable stay.

The university has its own fleet of Buses, Vans and Cars for conveyance of staff and students from all areas and colonies of the city. In addition city bus facility is available. The university provides transport to students for Bus Standi Railway Station during vacations.
