Jei Mathaajee College of Engineering (JMCE)

The Jei Mathaajee College of Engineering, a well-known Institute in Kanchipuram, was established in the year 2008 under the aegis of Ragineeshwari Educational and Charitable Trust.  JMCE is the outcome of the vision and initiative of its Founder, "Kalvikkavalar" B.Bose who foresaw the inextricable link between Education and Prosperity and inspired the conceptualization of the JMCE for providing a solid base to the Technical Education in the state.  His keen devotion to scholarly pursuits has given a new meaning to the concept of service to the cause of education. His commitment to professional excellence and global quality is today a milestone for an educationalist.

 
JMCE campus is spread over a massive 40 acres of land, located strategically in the Kanchipuram-Arakkonam State Highways, Kooram Gate, Vishakandikuppam, Siruvakkam, Kanchipura Taluk & District, Tamil Nadu.  The campus is about 8 kms from Kanchipuram, 70 kms from Chennai and 26 kms from Arakkonam.

 
Jei Mathaajee College of Engineering is duly approved by AICTE, New Delhi and Affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, Courses offered in Jei Mathaajee College of Engineering include various UG and PG Degree programs in the fields of Engineering, Technology and Management Studies.  In the UG level the college offers B.E (in 5 disciplines), B.Tech-IT, M.E (in 2 disciplines) and MBA.  The admissions to these courses are based on TNEA, GATE, TANCET.  The college facilitates the students to receive Government Scholarships awarded by Govt. of Tamil Nadu under various categories through welfare departments.
